At LxB, we maintain a firm policy of no refunds or returns, except in cases of product damage or defects detected within 48 hours of delivery.

Don’t forget to include your order number, along with comprehensive details regarding the damaged or defective goods. Videos and pictures can be incredibly helpful in facilitating the return process.

Please be aware that LxB cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost or stolen once they are in the care of the carrier. Once your order is with the carrier, it falls outside of our sphere of control.

There are no refunds on deposits. Balance is due the day of the class.
